Two BrickPolis designs copied
Two BrickPolis designs have been used to create Chinese clone sets without the permission of BrickPolis. This means they have stolen the designs without asking or compensating BrickPolis. The two designs are:
Botanical Garden
This is almost an exact copy of the BrickPolis design. The Persephone statue on the front is missing and several 1 x 1 round brick colors are not there to fill bassins.
Central Per Big Bang Theory modular
This is an announcement but the copy can already be purchased. In this case images shown on LepinWorld website are the own images of BrickPolis where some have been digitally enhanced.
BrickPolis has contacted LepinWorld but got no response and finds it strange there is a Facebook page of Lepinworld through which they do customer service for the sets that are illegally produced and sold from stolen designs including designs from The LEGO Company!
Different 10260 Diner
The diner as such is modular with great design bringing you back to the time of jukeboxes and rollerskates. But I didn’t like the teal and pink colors a lot, they seem to clash with the other LEGO modulars. So I replaced these colors with light bluish and dark bluish gray and designed a new ‘Diner’ sign.
